Enerbreeze Product Specific Terms
These Enerbreeze Product Specific Terms apply in addition to CPA Engineered Solutions Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In the event of any conflict between these Enerbreeze Product Specific Terms and CPA Engineered Solutions Ltd Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale shall take precedence unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Shipping & Delivery
Enerbreeze products are supplied subject to availability.
Shipping and delivery terms will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Warranty
Enerbreeze products are supplied with a parts-only warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects.
Warranty periods are:
- Motor: 5 years
- Electrical components: 2 years
Warranty claims must be submitted to CPA Engineered Solutions Ltd for assessment. Supporting information, including images and details of the fault, may be required to allow investigation.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, replacement parts will be supplied in accordance with the warranty terms.
The warranty does not include:
- Labour costs
- Engineer attendance
- Removal or installation costs
- Carriage or shipping costs
- Damage caused by incorrect operation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification
- General wear and tear

Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy applies to Enerbreeze products purchased from CPA Engineered Solutions Ltd.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Returned items will be subject to a 15% handling charge with a minimum charge of £20 net. This excludes any shipping costs.
- Refunds will only be approved following return and inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless returned under an approved warranty claim.
Spare Parts
Enerbreeze spare parts are supplied subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for confirming model details and compatibility before placing an order.
